From start to finish, I had excellent customer service. Esa was outstanding, from accommodations of a rental car to having all the paperwork in line. She was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I did not have to wait for one thing. She was on top of it. I was very impressed. Robbie was in charge of the truck repairs and he was outstanding. He acted as if my vehicle was the highest priority. He communicated the progress of our vehicle. He was friendly and professional. I was very impressed and they even finished early. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Middleton! You will not be disappointed. I hope Robbie and Esa are taking care of at Caliber as they are top notch employees.

I was happy with how fast and efficient caliber collision was. They did an amazing job. However I'm disappointed who ever they had help "somewhat" detail the inside of my car stole all my loose change. It wasn't all in places that a vacuum could suck up. And I honestly left it trusting we still have honest people in this world. Do better.

Everything was great , but my back tail light lens cover randomly flew off on highway. Glad it didn't hit anyone. I appreciate they cleaned all my lens covers. Must not have been securely fastened back.

They did a great job and the customer service was awesome. My husband painted my hub caps custom for me and when I got hit by someone one of my wheels was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was devastated and the team at Caliber offered to paint it for me if I brought them the paint so it would match! They stand by their work, and they do good work.

Got me in right away and made repairs as quickly as our insurance responded. Only issue was the hood closure sensor was left disconnected, but that was a quick and easy fix when I came back in.
