No call needed. I had requested a call prior to repairing but did not receive any communication until vehicle was ready for pick up. Was assessed $800 but final bill was 2k. Tracker stated car would be ready on July 5th but then received call June 29th asking I pick up car which resulted in me having to reschedule holiday plans, make rental changes, and paid an additional $200 for transportation to accommodate your schedule.
