Unfortunate that insurance originally required non-OEM parts which ultimately failed, resulting in a 2nd repair by Caliber to replace with OEM parts. Not a Caliber issue. No issues with Caliber.

Communication was great and so was service time. I dropped my car off with the AC working; but it was not functioning upon pickup. While it’s hard to determine if this was due to repairs made - it’s just something to look out for.

it is one of the best but this time that second visit was unnecessary as it should have been easy to catch the first time.

Repair job was great, paint looks good and quality is good also. Only problem was some clips missing and propper adjustment that I had to return for proper placement. After that 100% good.
