I have adjusted the rating from one star to five stars, primarily due to the inconvenience experienced when the vehicle required a visit to another facility for further diagnosis. It was subsequently discovered that there were additional damages that Caliber had not identified, despite my consistent communication that the vehicle's operation was not as it had been prior to the accident. Ultimately, the vehicle's air conditioning system remained non-functional, a direct consequence of the rear-end collision.
