My point of contact was great (other than the fact I stopped getting text message updates that she said she was sending so I had to reach out to get updates). The repair process was interesting. I waited for three seperate bumpers to come in to fix a small problem on my jeep. This company is supposed to be rated highly and recommended but I don’t know that I will come back personally or if I will recommend. These processes of getting parts should be streamlined very well and these issues shouldn’t be happening at a facility of your size. I expected better. Then I went to pick up my jeep that was “washed” and it was dirtier than when I left it. Don’t claim to wash it if you aren’t going too. There were specks of who knows what all over my vehicle. Not real pleased with my experience is all.

There was a dent in the door that was part of the accident and the caliber inspector told AAA that was not part of the incident. The car was delivered " dirty" with some marks made with pen in the affected part and we were not able to see how was the repair

I've always had good experiences with Caliber Collision in other parts of the state however, I believe the locations in the permian basin are not as great as the others.

They told us the car was repaired and ready for pickup, so we return the rental car, then we realized the car was was missing a paint job and a few details so it went back to the shop and we weren't able to get the rental car again because the repair was "completed". The car was back in the shop for a whole day and Cassandra told me the they would fix the pain issue the same day. By the end of the day, I called and she told me it wasn't going to be ready until the next day. In the end, they did a good job with the repairs and the car was ready sooner than the expected date.

Communication was good at first, but towards the end I had to call for updates. Cassandra and the other ladies were friendly and respectful the whole time. I just think they should have a big sign that says "We don't accept cash as payment". I went to the bank to get cash to pay, then I had to go back to buy a cashiers check because nobody told me they don't accept cash.
