Jeremy and Kim were amazing. The only issue I had was my tire pressure light was on when I picked my car up, and the gentlemen in the back just said oh, it’ll go off after driving around a bit. I wish they had checked my actual tire pressure, because in reality they were way over filled. Normal psi for my tires is 36, and my tires had between 43-47 psi when I had a local oil change place check them. I was driving out of town the next day and did not want to proceed with my tire pressure light being on for safety reasons.

My service writer was outstanding!!! He kept me in the loop through the whole process and delivered on every commitment he made! His attention to detail was superb! Anytime you have damage to your vehicle is no reason to celebrate, but I can definitely say, Ernie made the repair portion very easy!!

The service writer (Ernie) did an excellent job. He surveyed my vehicle and gave me an estimated time for repairs. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. Truck was perfectly repaired and delivered as promised. It was a very simple process for a bad situation!! Kudos to the Shop and my service writer!!
