We are so please with the customer service! Good customer service is so hard to come by in Midland. Ernesto did a fantastic job at keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle! He was the calm in the storm when we had issues with our rental as well, something that isn’t probably part of his daily task! He was willing to get us help and get everything lined back out with our rental! We will for sure go to Caliber for all our future needs!

Great experience my truck came out looking great and jeremy kept me updated on everything that was being done to the truck.. . .they also washed my truck before i arrived to pick it up which was a nice gesture

Caliber was great their communication. It was awesome … kind of annoying sometimes but please keep up the good work !!! Great customer service. my insurance company sucked at communicating and it made me super frustrated and even more mad so I am very grateful for caliber collision for keeping me informed almost every single day about the status of my car and the work that was being done on it. I wouldn’t change anything I appreciate you guys thank you so much
