I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-through regarding my vehicle’s shocks. I repeatedly asked Devin to inspect the shocks to ensure they were not damaged in the accident because the vehicle did not feel the same afterward. Despite my requests, the shocks were not properly checked or repaired. I have also sent multiple text messages to Devin using the number provided in our previous text conversations, but I have not received a response. I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and addressed before the repair was considered complete. The lack of communication and failure to investigate a specific safety and performance concern have been extremely frustrating.
