Yeah, I did a phenomenal job and exceeded my expectations on the repairs. I was honestly very panicky about the whole situation due to past experiences from the late 80s and early 90s and during those times it was always a complete disaster and a nightmare.

There was some trash in the paint that caused bumps in the paint job, but they were so minor that it was easy for me to overlook due to the age of my vehicle. However, I must say that in this day and age with technology I was surprised that there was trash in the paint that caused the minor blemish. I didn’t speak with Jeanette about the issue and she assured me that it would not get worse, but also offered to have it redone and buffed and polished out and I simply opted out of that due to my time constraints

Very professional and classy. All the ladies at the loop 250 location was top notch and Jeanette at the 3111 Front St. location was absolutely phenomenal. Jeanette went above and beyond my expectations on providing me with very succinct progress of the repairs on my vehicle and kept me updated step-by-step and gave me very good forecast of when things would be completed even though she and I both knew that neither one of us was in total control of the process. Her demeanor and attitude was spot on for a top notch, business professional.
