I gave a nine because of a few of the disappointments. Bottom line the work was very well done.

It seemed to have taken much longer than I expected. But at the same time I have no knowledge of how long to receive an ordered part. Don’t know if the right part was sent etc. I am satisfied with the work that was done.

I give them an 8 because at first there was no communication between me and the shop. I got a little frustrated because I would be given a date the care was going to be finished on that date it was not.
