The work to my car drawn out. The first time Caliber notified me that my car was ready, there was a an issue with the new part fitting correctly and the paint color was totally wrong. The second time Caliber called the new part had been adjusted and looked much better, however the paint color was still wrong. We were told that they color of my car was really difficult to match. We did not accept the quality of work and asked them to try again to better match the paint color. Finally, 3rd time was the charm. The paint color was much closer and we accepted their work.
