We took our car to Caliber on 6/23. It was there until 7/16. I went to get an oil change on 7/17 at a different place in town and they informed us there appeared to be a leak. We took it back that day and were told they would look at it. When we came back, they said the leak was just residue.. I asked if they were sure because we were going out of town and needed to be sure. Chase assured me it was just residue drip and to be sure to NOT include this visit in the satisfaction survey... On 7/18 we broke down in the middle of Houston at 11pm at night.. Caliber was not open on 7/19 here in midlothian or Houston so we had the car towed to a different location. As of 8/11, the car is STILL in Houston and Paul the GM at the Midlothian location is claiming we hit something else and it's not on them.. The refuse to honor their "warranty" claiming he hot something else on the road and we didn't!

Great service from my first arrival to drop off my vehicle. I was impressed that less than 30 minutes I was in my rental car headed home. Consistent communication daily on progress, both via text and by phone. A special shout out to Chase. He was impeccable with communication and follow through.
