I brought my car in due to a minor accident that needed bumper replaced. The idea is to look like new. He came back and said we need a new grill. No problem. I get the car back, new bumper and grill, looks nice. However the hood does line up, it’s obvious to me. He says well that’s a bracket replacement…. My question is why did you call me? I spend the money because I want it to look good not half assed craftsman ship. You should Bre proud of your work. I’m unhappy.

I've had good experiences here before but this last experience left me frustrated and the guy really didn't seem to care when I pointed out the issues on drop off, other than drop it off next week if it bothers you enough... What so I can pay to have it done over?

When the car was dropped off, the newly put in bumper was not connected on the passenger side and continues to disconnect. The fit is off, the guy helping me said it was a bent bracket at drop off. Instead of calling me to see if I wanted it fixed they just ignored it. I'm frustrated.
