The staff was excellent at communicating. What was going on in the process. They under promised and over delivered. They finished my car two weeks ahead of schedule and they did a fantastic job! I had a quite a bit of damage and looking at my car, you would never guess anything happened to it. I would highly recommend caliber to anybody who needs body work done on their cars.

There were delays with my car because of part complications but Stephanie was always very kind and helpful. Overall I felt like Caliber collision did a great job with my car. I felt like I was the customer, when I was worried going in that it would feel like the insurance company was the customer.
