When I first brought my vehicle in the representative at the front desk greeted me in a very professional manner and she is definitely very knowledgeable on how everything works ,she even talked with the insurance company that were taking care of the bill and had everything taken care of before I entered the door.

Caliber Collision was great. They were very accessible to communicate with, something that sadly has become extremely rare with most other businesses. They sent out update reports almost daily and completed the job on the they predicted. I hope to never need another collision repair, but if I do, I would go to Caliber Collision.
