You people do a super job in all aspects of the work. The truck was returned and looked great and exceeded expectations. Equal to that was the ongoing customer contact provide by your representative David in keeping me informed and updated. A bad auto experience made positive at your company. Thank you.

The entire process was ridiculous. They had to transfer my car from the Sandy shop to the Salt Lake City shop. I took it in on Friday. I was told I would hear from them. On Monday I heard nothing so I called at 4:30 pm. They said they don’t know how to handle floods so they were waiting on my insurance to give them details on how to handle. I called my insurance company and they said they were waiting on an estimate. You both were not talking to each other. I called on Tuesday and was told they would call me back. Never did. I called on thuesday and finally got told that the car was at Nate Wade getting the hybrid system checked and then they would be taking the inside apart to air dry and would give me a call back on Monday. I never got a call on Monday. Finally on Tuesday I get a call for pick up. The lack of communication was terrible.

Are caliber collision experience could not have been better from the first contact with Nolan with the estimate and the projection of completion of the project was handled with professionalism and kindness. We were so pleased to see that time projection sped up enormously given the fact that my husband was extremely limited without his wheelchair man and ramp to get the car back in four days was stunning. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a good honest repair job done. The final touch was their delivering the repaired vehicle to us and returning the rental car for us rather than having us have to figure out how to do both of those things we are so grateful for their superb help from first to last. It’s five stars mind you if they gave 10 stars we’d give them 10! the Laing’s.

The repair looked great and I believe it is, but only time will tell. I did have two pieces that were removed and replaced during the repair that felll off when I got home. I reinstalled them and all is well.
