Caliber Collision was great. They were very accessible to communicate with, something that sadly has become extremely rare with most other businesses. They sent out update reports almost daily and completed the job on the they predicted. I hope to never need another collision repair, but if I do, I would go to Caliber Collision.

It will be ready in 5 days - no maybe 7 - no - our employee is off so it will be Friday - no, there is another repair/paint item. If not Friday then Monday. Text on Monday - it is ready NOW. Well, I am here to pick up my Subaru. 30 minutes later my car is ready. Sure glad I didnt' have other commitments in my life And - The work is well done.

The timing for completion was changed several times - very frustrating. and at completion my front license and the plate holder was left off. It took several requests to find the plate and attach it.
