My contacts for the repair were Ken, Jay and David. The entire experience was stellar. They were kind, patient, innovative, very efficient and the final product was excellent. Thank you for taking care of this in such a timely fashion. While I am completely satisfied, there was one small issue - the towing electrical plug at the back of the bumper had not been pushed in all the way where it clicks to lock it into position. This does NOT take away from the stellar job performed on replacing my bumper and tailgate.

Bad communication had to call everyday to get an update on my vehicle when I picked up my vehicle it was things on that wasn't on when I brought my vehicle in it seemed like when they did the calibration lights that's on that wasn't on when I brought my vehicle
