I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know. They went above and beyond in their service and were incredibly friendly throughout the whole process; my car looks better than I could have imagined. They even cleaned out the entire interior and gave the exterior a beautiful polished look. I'm so grateful for all the staff with whom I interacted at Caliber, especially Anthony. I couldn't be more pleased with how the car turned out.

If there was an option for 100, I'd choose it. In addition to my other comments, I'll say that the vehicle was ready well ahead of the date I provided for when I needed it back, and that I was given detailed updates on the process every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Phenomenal service.

Tire pressure is already on. Plus the gas that was put in the car was the wrong gas. It started to make a clicking/knocking sound. So I had to run that gas out , put injector cleaner in and then refill with the gas I put inside the vehicle ; premium 91/93. Is there a way I can be refunded that for that mistake ?

There are bubbles in paint where the paint repair was done and scratches on windshield from what looks to be like a sticker was there or something.

Color match was slightly darker with too much silver flake. Multiple noticeable imperfections in the paint from dust and air bubbles. Overspray damage on the opposite side of the car from the repair side. I removed it with a clay bar. Car was not properly covered during the clear coat or next to a water based spray. Came off with alcohol and a clay bar. Customer service was great, and the quarter panel was filled and sanded straight. The body guy did an excellent job getting the wheel well perfect and concentric to the opposite side. I know that was a difficult hit to correct. Thank you! Takeaway: I understand an insurance claim repair is not a restoration, but the overspray could have been prevented with proper coverage. Thank you for the hard work put into my vehicle.
