The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Our overall experience was very positive. One critique would be that we would have liked a bit more detail in our email updates on the status of our vehicle. In particular, information on specific issues found and how they were being addressed and updates on estimated completion time (when known) would have been appreciated.

Everyone that handled the process are top notch. I received my car back and it looks Awesome. Susie that answers the phone is really nice and pleasant which puts a customer at ease Awesome.And Anthony that did the estimate and handled the process did an A+++ job. Also Anthony did the final wash on the car and did it above my standards Awsome job.The tech Braxton and painter Tim also did Awesome work. Thanks everyone for your attention to detail.

Not only were repairs made, but the tech who went over the car with me at pick-up showed me features that I didn’t know I had while standing in the rain. He didn’t rush the checkout in spite of the weather. Also, the car was cleaned so well, it felt like a brand new car as I was driving. Thank you so much. Only suggestion I have is to hire more calibration techs so that part of the process does not delay completion times for the customers. Overall, well done.
