I got in much sooner and it took less time than I expected for repairs. The claims process through insurance, and scheduling the repair was so simple. I appreciated the text updates because it let me know what to expect. Customer service was excellent. With a busy schedule it was really hard for me to get there during open hours to pick up. Someone stayed a few minutes after close so I was able to pick up my vehicle before the weekend which was awesome, and helped check-in the rental vehicle I had. He also helped me grab and transfer car seats while I handled my children. I noticed a scrape on the underside near the passenger sliding door that I didn’t recognize, and he was so kind and patient to make sure it was checked and verified with pre-work pictures that it was pre-existing before they began work on it. Overall 5 star experience!

I am satisfied with the repairs that were done on my car. The one thing that might keep me from ever using caliber again was how I was treated when I first dropped my car off. A heavy set man with facial hair who was checking my car in decided it would be a good idea to criticize me and how long it took me to be able to afford to repair my car as a single parent and told me I should have got my car fixed right away since I was driving my kids in that car. He was really rude and embarrassed me in front of other caliber employees and the other customer waiting in the lobby. Will never go back to caliber after that experience.

The Caliber advisor is friendly. When we went to Caliber to pick up the car, the bumper and the grille look good, but the fender doesn’t fit well. The advisor explained that the fender is the aftermarket fender. He said that he could order OEM fender and replace it. The new fender fit very well.

For some reason the broken running board was left in my truck bed. When I went to Elkhart to pick something up I had to leave, dispose of the running board, and drive back to Elkhart.
