The Caliber advisor is friendly. When we went to Caliber to pick up the car, the bumper and the grille look good, but the fender doesn’t fit well. The advisor explained that the fender is the aftermarket fender. He said that he could order OEM fender and replace it. The new fender fit very well.

For some reason the broken running board was left in my truck bed. When I went to Elkhart to pick something up I had to leave, dispose of the running board, and drive back to Elkhart.

My rear wiper line must’ve gotten pinched during reassembly as it is not allowing wiper fluid to flow through the rear sprayer, but the quality of the repair work, the paint/finish coat is fantastic.

My vehicle was in for a small hit and run accident and I was sick about the whole ordeal. 2 weeks later my passenger door, rear quarter panel and fuel door all look brand new. I have some front end damage that I will get fixed here soon and I’ll bring to caliber collision when I want that fixed. Also during removal of my taillight it broke, I’m not sure if it was the guys fault or the clips could’ve just been weak but caliber collision replaced it completely free for the inconvenience and a lot of businesses won’t do that I give all these guys and girls at caliber collision props. They also kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and I appreciate that.
