My fiance had work done a caliper collision at the granger co.. and she didnt have to do any leg work on contacting insurance companies they handed everything..but other than that it was good

I would recommend this shop. The work on the vehicle was very good aside from releasing the vehicle with an issue. Where this shop could improve is around early communication of delays. When I dropped the vehicle it was packed so the shop looked busy. I knew there might be a delay on the pick up. The vehicle got bumped from original release date and I was notified through text to completion portal. The vehicle got bumped twice more after that which is fine, I understand, but at that point you have to call the customer and keep them in the loop with an estimated completion date. This will help the customer plan accordingly. I was given the vehicle back with an ABS issue but I requested it back because I need to travel for work. I brought it back in 2 days later after speaking with Anthony who handled the situation very well. His communication was excellent and worked quick to fix the issue. Susie and Anthony provided great bounce back service. I could tell Anthony and Susie really cared about taking care of their customers by their actions. This is extremely important to me. The quality craftsmanship and how they handled the situation would make me recommend this shop. Keep up the good work!

More concerned about insurance satisfaction than customer satisfaction. Communication could improve - automated texts are heavily relied on. I talked to at least 4 different people about my vehicle and each time I had to explain the situation and my concerns again. My vehicle is in worse shape now than it was prior to the accident.
