Actually, I am the owner, my husbands name seems to be the main name on the insurance policy, go figure…lol. Anyhow, I am very satisfied with Caliber Collision, they kept me informed every step of the way throughout the repair process. They were friendly and texted me when my vehicle entered a different stage of the repair process. They needed to change the finish date due to the snow we experienced, and it was done on the updated completion date.

It could hand just been a "yeah, we can fix it for you" kind of deal. But it wasn't. Not even close. I honestly felt as though I was right there watching them do it, the texts were very much appreciated, as it made it much more personal, that they actually cared about you as a customer, about your vehicle, about getting you back on the road, rather than just out the door.
