Professionalism, Punctuality I was able to get an estimate the same day I called and was able to get work started within 4 days . Kept me informed on the process daily . When I picked up my vehicle within 6 days. They were very friendly and answered any of my questions. They are calling the rental company for me to pick up my rental . When I got home I realized I forgot my garage remote in the rental I called and ask them to get it out and I would pick it up in the morning Mike called and said he was coming in my direction and dropped of the remote to me so I would not have to make the extra trip to pick it up. Talk about going above and beyond. My SUV looks great.

Caliber repaired my car in a timely manner.The car looks like it eas never damaged. Caliber also cleaned the inside of my car and fixed the front right mirror without charge. I have never dealt with a company that had such excellent customer service.
