Caliber Collision got us in quickly for an estimate of repairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The repair process was quite lengthy taking nearly four months to complete. Part of the time we had a rental car and part of the time (at least a month) we were out of town, so we managed with one car then. The Audi looks really good and we’re so happy to have it back in operation. Thanks a million.

Customer service was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful. Most importantly- the experience was super streamlined from Caliber working with my insurance company to ordering the parts they needed before my car was in the shop to the actual repair. They were fast and great communicators !
