The repair was very well done. The only thing that prevented me from being completely satisfied was that this morning, I had to struggle to put the spare tire back in it's storage spot in my trunk. The jack was also left lying on the trunk floor. I know it sounds petty, but I am a 70 year old woman, and hauling a tire around wasn't what I had planned this morning. Otherwise, Caliber did a wonderful job.

The only reason why I can't give you a 10 is because I found the spare tire and jack were just left lying in my trunk, and I had to try and put them back in the tire storage space by myself, which was annoying. Other than that, the repairs were outstanding.

I’ll admit the team was fast and courteous, but the finishing work was disappointing. At previous body shops, the vehicle was fully buffed so the paint blended seamlessly. Here, it’s obvious which panels were repainted. There was polishing compound left on the trim and it had already baked in the sun. On top of that, when I left the shop my bulb warning lights were on because the turn signals and one of the headlight bulbs had not been plugged back in, and the blinkers weren’t even twisted back into the housing. I reached out via text and haven’t received a response in two days, which is why I’m leaving this review.

UPDATE: No one has reached out to me, I also am adding as they said do not use a car wash for 30 days, so I hand washed it today and the amount of junk in the clear coat and the sheer amount of overspray is insane. This is not ok! I will be going back to the location tomorrow to talk in person. Also to add they used the wrong color trim pieces so it doesn’t match the other side. We asked for my husband to be the point of contact (his car, but the car in my name), and every text and call came to me instead. Also, the car took 3-4x longer than we expected, and we eventually stopped receiving communication about when it would be done, the date on the online tracker just kept getting moved out.
