We asked for my husband to be the point of contact (his car, but the car in my name), and every text and call came to me instead. Also, the car took 3-4x longer than we expected, and we eventually stopped receiving communication about when it would be done, the date on the online tracker just kept getting moved out.

Fabulous! Repairs done in a timely matter. I can’t tell that the car was ever hit! On top of that they totally washed the outside of the car and did some clean up in the car. I highly recommend this company for future repairs
