I appreciated the texts, I didn’t have to be a nag to find out what all is going on. Just need to clean up a few small things. Got the wrong part ordered at first and left some glue on the back window but it’s all good. During the Covid-19 outbreak, I wasn’t in a hurry so it’s all good. Overall, great job and no offense, hope I don’t have to use y’all again but with distracted drivers, there’s always that chance.

It seemed like it took a long time, but first time I have been thru this, and then they called me and said the car was done and come to find out they never put the new rim on the car, so had to drive down to Grismer for them to put the rim on. Other than that it was an alright experience

The car seems as good a new. My husband did go over the interior quickly because there was a bit of dust residue throughout. Not a huge deal though...took 5 minutes. Given the enormous disruption caused by Covid 19, I’m very appreciative that the job was done in a timely manner.

The service was excellent from dropping off the car one day after calling for an appointment to the wonderful care that Keaton took to make my car as good as new. He even fixed some minor issues that weren’t identified by me. He paid attention to detail and was extremely fast with the repairs- dropped it off on a Thursday and picked it up on Friday before close! Very professional and superb workmanship!! Will use them anytime I need work done!!
