The service staff is friendly ,straightforward, and came across as trustworthy. They were knowledgeable about my insurance coverage with regard to a rental car and this was very helpful. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs and any delays. The final bill was exactly as the estimate and when I picked up my car it had been cleaned !! 🤗 oh ! And my car looks great! Thank you body shop . I’m really happy with the work you did on my car.

My first encounter was not what I was expecting. I thought I had to get an estimate and Allstate would have to approve it. However, Michael White gave me the estimate and things went smooth from there on. He was extremely professional and made me aware of the process. He finished ahead of his estimated date and was there when I picked my car up. He was quite proud of the work his team did and of how he presented my car to me. I was very happy to get it back and happy about the process! I would recommend Caliber to anyone.
