Very special and excellent service from the time I dropped my van off until the time I picked it up. Jessica was exceptional and kept me informed daily on how the repair was progressing. I was very impressed that Caliber picked up a replacement part from a dealership so I wouldn’t have to wait for a part to arrive after being ordered. At first I could not reach Jessica. I had questions and became frustrated. I did reach her a few days later and she helped me calm down and assured me things were progressing. After that I heard from.her on a regular basis until completion of the repair. I was very happy with the results. My car looks new and all damage has disappeared.

I will not return to caliber Collision for my collision needs I will take my vehicles elsewhere because in my sense it seems like they just want to keep your vehicle and they take a very long time and it is never finished when they say it's going to be finished they just keep prolonging the repair so like I said earlier I will not be returning to caliber Collision
