I will not return to caliber Collision for my collision needs I will take my vehicles elsewhere because in my sense it seems like they just want to keep your vehicle and they take a very long time and it is never finished when they say it's going to be finished they just keep prolonging the repair so like I said earlier I will not be returning to caliber Collision

Customer service in the store was a 10!!! Call center and scheduling the service was a 1!!!

Again, the repairs were fine, once they were all completed but there were a lot of issues in the beginning with the car being sent to a different Caliber Colision on Loop Rd, where they refused to take it. My insurance company says this is Caliber’s mistake but I’m honestly not sure who is at fault for the miscommunication. It did result in my car being dragged around town needlessly and a delay in getting it worked on.

Repair work was fantastic, I was very satisfied. However, estimated repair completion date was delayed 5 times from April 9 to April 23. This cost me $600 in transportation costs.

We are very happy they kept us up to date everyday, any time a part was damaged they found a new part then worked on the repairs. Caliber Collision is where we will take our car for repairs if its what they work on.
