I am having to try to get LM on the phone because they stopped my rental a day early. They want me to pay the overage and said they should have been contacted by Caliber to extend the rental, which I asked about when picking up the vehicle and was told it would be handled, not a big deal but Enterprise wants their money and LM wants me to pay it and they will “credit” my account after I send them the invoice. Otherwise a good experience.

He was very professional, courteous and helpful in keeping me inform throughout the entire process involved with the work on my car. Kyle updated me frequently to the progress and offered any help if I had any questions. It was a pleasure working with him.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Jessica gave me great updates. They weren’t too much or too little and felt like i knew what was happening with every step! This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve had to go there twice now due to accidents so I would prefer to not see them again, but if I would have to in the future for any reason, need anything done on the outside of my car I would call them! I have also recommended them to anyone with issues! The people there are so friendly so helpful so efficient I could go on and on about these lovely people. My car is pristine when I get it back they’re not only fix why it’s there, but it is absolutely gorgeous when I pick it up!

Caliber Collision does such a good job. I love these people. I hate the circumstances of why I’m there that they make everything so much easier to deal with they’re kind they’re punctual understanding and they make my car look absolutely gorgeous.
