I couldn’t get updates at all. I’d call and was told they’d call me back in 30 mins and then I would have to call them in 4 hours because I never got a call. It was this way the whole time!

My vehicle was in repair for 2 months, after picking it up I noticed the same tire/rim were scuffed from the accident and when driving there is an obvious rattle that was not present before it went in for repair.
