No complaints with the physical repairs. It looks perfect. I'm rating them a 10 because of their organization, follow through and communication flow. Finding businesses that "under promise" and "over deliver" are really rare these days. I know because I'm a business owner, a consumer, a customer and a prospect. I notice these details even if the employees at Caliber collision didn't know i noticed. As an older person very often we are overlooked but make no mistake about it. I MISS NOTHING!

Repair time and date of completion was not accurate repair time kept changing I was told July 3 then it changed again and again And I was told the scratches from the damage to my car from an insurance claim I had was buffed out but when I went to wash my car and during the day and the light I can see scratches . I was told from the beginning. Of my repairs that the areas would be painted from the scratches and then I was told afterwards that they were able to buff it out. But when I wash the car in the sunlight, I can clearly see the scratch.
