General manager Jeremy was great to work with. The repair took longer than anticipate but he was upfront about the delay and covered the extra days on my rental car (at-fault driver's insurance only covered 30 days). He and all the staff at Caliber in Morgantown, WV were friendly, personable , and helpful. I will recommend caliber to others.

While I am satisfied with the work Caliber did on my vehicle, I must comment that having it in the shop from June 17 until August 10 seems an inordinately long time.

Communication, for the most part, was efficient and helpful. Repairs on the car were scheduled quickly. The car was returned to me looking beautiful and ready to take me where I needed to go!

They took over 2 months to finish my car. Never called with updates, just kept sending me text messages extending my pick up date. Then when I went to pick up my car, it wasn’t even fixed and they tried to say it was. Would not recommend at all

The day I was supposed to pick up my truck Jeremy called and told me that their electricity was out and the road in front of the garage was at a standstill because of an accident. The call saved me from having to sit in traffic for a long time! They treat their customers like family and do exceptional work!!

Very Happy to have my truck back and looking new again! I appreciate you all for getting it back to me again sucks to have a brand new truck damaged especially if it was because of someone else but you all did an outstanding job and looks new again thank you!
