Too many delays. Not good communication. The work looks satisfactory though. The office lady was fantastic!

There were multiple communication issues. There were also many delays and missed forecasted deadlines. I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Although the used grill is not nearly as nice as the one that was broken. I am particular about my vehicle. I notice pretty much everything. I believe there should have been a check of the brakes as there was clearly dust on yhe driver’s side rim everywhere and I had to drive it the shop to fix it right after getting it back from Calliber. I would have gladly added that on to the shop but instead another delay was added on as I did not have access to my vehicle after getting it back. The shop had my vehicle for months and still does bot have everything they need because they are still looking for a bug shield.

Great experience! Hopefully we don’t need Caliber but if we ever do need repairs I would definitely deal with this location again.
