Best experience with a repair shop I have ever had. Seth and Ashley kept me updated and were very courteous and helpful every time I spoke with them. This will be my choice of shop if ever the need arises again. Also, I will not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to friends or family if the need would arise for them. Five stars!

Best repair shop experience I have ever had. Seth and Ashley kept me updated and were always polite and courteous whenever I spoke with them. Workmanship appears to be without issue. If ever I need a body shop again, I would not consider going anyplace else. I will also recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends, should they need in the need of auto repairs. Five Stars!

Kept getting run around on completion date. Hood latch sticks. Mirror wasn't painted. Windshield washer low level indicator message keeps coming on. Old parts were left on floor in vehicle.

It took a little longer than expected but I understand. Unexpected issues come up and things don’t go the way you planned. The main reasons I was satisfied is, I was contacted every time there was going to be a delay and the reason was explained (That means a lot), and the finished work looked great.
