Everything looks normal, we just had a taillight replaced. once scheduled it was replaced quickly. i was shocked and pleased to see they actually did a little cleanup on it after. The lady taking care of our pickup was knowledgeable and friendly .

I'm torn - the repair appears to be wonderful, but the lack of communication is a huge issue.

When I dropped the car off, they said I would be kept updated on the estimate, the timeline for the repair, etc. I did not receive a single communication from them in the the time that they had the vehicle, which was almost 20 days.
