Overall, very happy with the repairs. However, I've noticed that there appears to be some "over-spray" on the area around the "display screen" on the dashboard, and I also swear that the back bumper is out of alignment. I was going to call y'all about that this week.

From the first day they reached out to me they were nothing, but professional and helpful. Teresa was my main contact and was extremely polite. I think this may have been my second time working with Caliber Collision and both times were wonderful experiences.

I was not completely satisfied and this why . I called you company set up a day to get a qoute. I drove 20 0nly to be told come back on monday. A guy calls me from a call center again after i leave the shop on friday says that he is going to set up an appointment on tuesday i believe so i said ok. Then right after that call, i get another call from the local office, that person she was calling she was told that i called and eanted a call back. Which i did not. The women said she was the one that makes the appointments. I said ok she said she would make the appointment for monday first thing 7:30 am and she would reserve a rental car and they would pick me up by 8 to get the rental car. She said the rental car place would call me to get my info so the car would be ready. None of this was done i was not told about what i needed for the rental car So not only did i not get the rental car but i was over 2 hours late for work. Im told the project date was the 30th the had it completed on the 17th the same day i finally picked up the rental car. The is really foo much mis information.

I sent my car in for a body work on the bed of my truck. But somehow my car interior has been stripped and improperly put together. I have no ideas what painting the bed of the car had to do with removing door seals dash board covers etc
