Holding vehicle too long, repair not professionally done, vehicle is dirty when returned to customer, even make oil stains on my seats

The bumber still come loose, the vehicle didn’t get cleaned before hand over to customer, my rear seat got stained from oil or dirty hands and never get cleaned up

Eventhough it took a good bit longer than originally expected the communication was good on needing extensions. Once they were done my vehicle was dropped off at my residence which was a massive help so I didn't have to get someone to take me. Thank you Caliber Morrow team.
