It was so hard to get a hold of Wes. Even when returning his call right after he called me. On day of pick up, I said that I would call when on the way or if I was unable to pick up due to complications. But he wasn’t even there nor let the front desk know of the plan. I was not updated on the estimated completion until the day it was ready and he wanted me to pick up that day. This is my second time having repairs done at Caliber and the second time communication was an issue. The first time it was resolved with much more grace though.

From first contact with the office ad ministrator Ms Linda Prickett, the experience was awesome. After meeting my estimator Ms.Teresa Miller the experience continued to be amazing. Ms. Miller is one of the most amazing persons I’ve encountered in my life. There’s not enough room in this survey for me to convey my gratitude for the person she is. Loved having her as my estimator, she’s a top tier employee, and she made my experience noteworthy . The paint blended well. Their craftsmanship left me in awe. Overall, I highly recommend caliber collision to anyone needed repairs

I would never refer anyone to Caliber Collision. What started out as a $694.74 windshield replacement on 4/27/26, then turned into a windshield, dashboard, glass clean up job for $2526.44, ended up as a $9,922.09 Collision repair on 6/5. This job took over 40 days to complete. Every week for over a month, we were told by Wes, that it would be ready next Wednesday, next Wednesday, next Wednesday, then Friday, then next Monday!! One big issue was that they had to vacuum out all of the glass. It was very serious and dangerous having glass in the vents! This was part of the big delay, as well as having someone there break the first windshield ordered. Once I finally got my vehicle back on 6/5 and turned up the A/C, glass came flying out everywhere from the vents on the dash, glass was on the floor still under the brake petal and in other places. And the dashboard doesn't even look new, just the same one put back into place. Even though the flying glass is a serious issue and dangerous, especially when my child is in my car, I would never trust Caliber Collision to have my vehicle again to do anything!

When it came to dealing with my insurance company, they were not very competent. I had to do all of the follow up myself. It was not smooth at all as your reording says!
