Tria was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT from start to finish. She greeted us with the highest level of Courtesy and Professionalism and maintained them throughout all stages of the repair process; keeping us updated with timely progress reports. This type of service has all but disappeared from today’s society, but Tria is Toeing that line and we really appreciate her, and Caliber for that. Oh, Yes!! Aside from the great customer service our vehicle was returned to us in Pristine Condition. Caliber Technicians and Mechanical Craftsmen/Craftswomen knocked it out of the park. Our Nissan looks almost too good to drive!!! We are totally pleased with Everything Caliber did and will definitely recommend your services at Every opportunity!!

Was informed every step of the way. They worked with me when I had a conflict in scheduling with them. Even gave my car a bath. Appreciated the person that kept me informed. She made every attempt to keep me up to date and how to get in touch with someone. Would recommend the if need auto repair. They go out of the way to make it as easy as possible.
