Initially I was uncertain about the price, rental needed and the replacement parts. The technician did a fabulous job with my car, the bumper matched and the color was perfect. Additionally, I wasn't aware that I would be kept in the loop on a daily basis about the progress and completion of the car. I am definitely impressed with every aspect of my journey with Morrow Caliber Collision, this journey was made possible with Michael. This is what exceptional and professional treatment looks like. Even at the end , Michael was prepared to greet me with an umbrella during the rain. Oh yes, the receptionist was on her game as well, very proficient. .Last but not least , I was able to leave my rental there. I'm in! Thanks Guys Lola
