The customer service was top notch. My service advisor stayed in contact with me every step of the way. She let me know how things progressing and if there was an issue that had to be resolved. The work was completed in a timely manner and they also assisted with returning the rental car. The car looks great! The technicians that repair my card did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with the work done on my car in that level of service from Caliber Collision.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I called other collision experts prior to Caliber, booking an appointment was difficult. Caliber was quicker so I tried them. While the car was in the shop, I was notified of each order, replacement, and kept informed promptly at each stage of the process. The vehicle was returned before the estimated date and all the work seems to be wonderful! I have already recommended them to other people.
