I want to thank the entire Caliber collision staff for accepting my repair and taking the time to service my vehicle. The bumper and grill looks great. I am not at all pleased about the severly used tire that was put on the passenger side. With the resources available, I can't understand how we couldn't get two new tires for the front wheels. I'd think this was a simple and fair request. The truck pulls to the right side hard because of this worn wheel. Also, after driving on the highway, the ride quality is poor. The steering wheel shakes ridiculously at speeds above 60mph. This is my work vehicle in which I will be traveling across state lines with a 40ft trailer loaded with materials. I dont feel like it's safe to do so at this time.

If I can get these issues addressed and corrected, I'll recommend Caliber collision for repairs. If we can't get this resolved, I will not recommend.

I would like a set of new tires and an alignment for the front wheels. The ride quality is poor. This is a work vehicle and will be used for hauling. It's currently unsafe to do so.

My car still has issues with alignment. My vehicle didn't have these issues prior to this incident. I came into your office on this past Friday and I was told to take it to Goodyear in Stockbridge GA . They would not fix my vehicle because they said it was old. Please contact me so that I can get my vehicle properly repaired
