The repairs appear to be fine, but the communication about when my vehicle will be completed was all over the place. I had two texts stating two different dates and a phone message stating yet a 3rd date. I called once on 12/13/19 and took 12 minutes before I talked to someone, then10 min before I got a service center on the 14th.

Alicia was very helpful and friendly. She went into detail about when parts would be ordered and expected to arrive, and what the insurance company was doing regarding payment. And she called with updates as promnised, which was very reassuring.

It was a great experience. I really love the detailing when it was returned to me. This is a friendly establishment. They offered to help with the rental by calling for a pick up and offered me leaving the rental car with them and they would have it returned for me. They went above and beyond my expectations and did an exceptional job on my car as well.
