The level of customer service I received was phenomenal! I appreciated the communication from text messages and calls that kept me updated. I never had to call to inquire about my vehicle. Felicia called me to give me updated information when my vehicle was completed. She is very friendly and showed great customer service skills. I picked up my vehicle on Saturday and because of my schedule I arrived at 11:55am. I am not sure of the representatives name that was their Saturday, but I thanked her and apologized for coming right at closing She responded with a very understanding tone which made me not feel like I was inconveniencing her when she was supposed to het off. She made the experience also great. The work that was done to my vehicle was excellent, and because the employees communicated with me completely relieved me of interfering with the employees that fixed my vehicle. Thank you Caliber Collision where the employees make the experience customers have easy and stress free!

The staff were very professional. The young lady that was assisting me kept me updated on the repair process. When I returned to pick up my car it looked like the accident never happened. They did a excellent job. I was pleased with my first repair and I am pleased with this one also. I hope I will never need anymore body work done but if I do I would definitely return. My son needs work done in his car so I told him to call and make an appointment to get an estimate.
