Linda was beyond communicative throughout the entire process. I really appreciate her customer service and constant updates throughout the process. Caliber was also exceedingly efficient in its repair process; even though it took a moment to receive the parts, when the parts finally got in it took two weeks to complete. I didn’t catch any of the other staff names but there was also a younger black woman and older white man who were working the desk who also were very helpful and kind. Caliber has amazing staff all around. Hopefully I won’t have to come back for repairs but if I’m in this situation again I know who to call.

Everyone was very nice. Linda was very helpful and explained everything that had to be repaired. The repairs look awesome it looks like nothing happened and my car looks brand new again. They did a really good job!

Cameron Priest Mt. Zion Blvd is a total rock star! He went way over to handle my repair. My initial estimate (11/2025) for some reason was written as a self-pay-Cameron had to redo everything to a claim. My 2007 Fusion needed parts no longer made-Cameron researched and found the parts needed. I live about one mile away and had no transportation-Cameron took me home after drop off, then picked me up when the car was ready. All this in addition to constantly keeping me in the loop as far as when parts were delivered, repair started, when it was complete. The techs doing the work did an excellent job. Everyone there was ready to assist with whatever I needed. Love the lifetime warranty and ability to go to any Caliber if needed.
