The job was not the quality I would pay for. I could tell that there was over spray and I had to point out areas that was missed when I initially retrieved my vehicle, which created an issue that I could not retrieve my vehicle when Caliber said the h hovel was ready.

I had an appointment to bring in the vehicle. I dropped the key overnight and my vehicle stayed in the lot 7 days before they realized that the vehicle had been there all along. I got the vehicle later than expected which caused me stress emotionally and financially because I had to find alternative transportation to and from work.

My windshield was replaced without my permission and it was not damaged. Replaced with a lessor windshield. They broke my window ornaments and didn't put my tint on the window. The sunroof doesn't raise as high as it did. The windshield on this car was a signature edition. I was supposed to get a call today 2/18/2026 and I'm still waiting. ([email protected] ) 🤨😠
